Alcance del constructo analogía

Abstract

La analogía es un tipo de razonamiento inductivo y también una estrategia cognitiva o un procedimiento eficaz para descubrir y resolver problemas abiertos, evaluar hipótesis, generar nuevas ideas y comprender y asimilar contenidos de aprendizaje. La importancia de este constructo se constata en la historia de los descubrimientos científicos, y muchos estudios clásicos son el resultado de saberlo utilizar. Las teorías que explican la analogía identifican las operaciones mentales necesarias para recuperar el análogo, precisan las fases de este procedimiento, estudian los atributos que sustentan las relaciones entre análogos y valoran el papel de las metas personales en la culminación de este proceso. En este artículo, además de analizar el constructo analógico, también se lo relaciona con los procesos psicológicos de la memoria y del aprendizaje.

The analogy is a type of inductive reasoning and also a cognitive strategy or an effective procedure to discover and to solve opened problems, to evaluate hypothesis, to generate new ideas and to understand and to assimilate contents of learning. The importance of this construct is stated in the history of the scientific discoveries, and many classic studies are the result of being able to use it. The theories that explain the analogy identify the mental necessary operations to recover the analogous one, add the phases of this procedure, study the attributes that sustain the relations between analogous and value the paper of the personal goals for the culmination of this process. In this study, beside analyzing the analogical construct, also it is related with psychological processes of memory and learning.
