Abstract

The following study addresses the problem of the viability of a new dance academy in Pamplona. Therefore, the business idea proposed is Street Dance Studio which focuses on the young dancer which aims to get a further Street Dance education that what it is already existing in the market. A survey was fulfilled in order to understand the mind of the customer and adapt the marketing plan to its needs. The results confirmed the assumption that this kind of academy will be of interest for the consumer. In order to develop this studio, an initial investment of 105.000€ is needed. Thus, the final answer to the problem is that the studio can be a reality and it is seen as viable and profitable. However, a huge investment is needed for the start-up which may not be affordable for everybody
