Hezkuntza berrikuntza

Siendo las innovaciones educativas el tema central del trabajo, se analiza la teoría existente; definiciones, características, tipos, participantes y el proceso a seguir. Incidiendo continuamente en que la última fase del proceso infinito y abierto tiene que ser la reflexión. Así, estamos ante un proceso que va más allá de las buenas intenciones; por lo menos teóricamente. En caso de que las innovaciones causen mejoras, serán transmitidas al resto de compañeros de comunidad, por ello, pueden comenzar siendo “pequeñas” y acabar con muchos participantes. Para esto existen dificultades y trabas en el Sistema Educativo que caben comentar. Después es ocasión de analizar la situación administrativa, recogiendo datos sobre ayudas económicas y premios que se ofrecen desde el Gobierno. Seguidamente profundizaremos en las TIC, ya que es la temática que viene con más fuerza. Finalmente, analizamos la situación en Navarra, recogiendo datos sobre diferentes propuestas de innovación para el curso 2013-2014. Terminando, por supuesto, reflexionando sobre todo lo anterior

Hezkuntza Berrikuntzak lanaren gai zentrala izanik, haien inguruan existitzen den teoria aztertzen da; definizioak, ezaugarriak, motak, parte-hartzaileak eta jarraitu beharreko prozesua. Prozesu amaigabe eta ireki honen azken urratsa hausnarketa izan behar dela azpimarratuz. Honela, intentzio onak baina haratago doan prozesu baten aurrean gaude; gutxienez teorikoki. Berrikuntzak hobekuntzak sortuz gero, gainontzeko komunitate kideei transmitituko dira, horregatik, modu “txikian” has daitezke eta parte-hartzaile ugariekin amaitu. Guzti honetarako, Hezkuntza Sisteman komentatu beharreko zenbait oztopo eta zailtasun existitzen dira. Geroago egoera administratiboa aztertzeko unea da, Gobernutik eskainitako diru laguntza eta sarien inguruko datu bilketa eginez. Jarraian, IKTetan sakontze lana egingo dugu, izan ere, horiek delako indar gehienarekin datorren gaia. Being educational innovations the focus of the work the existed theory about it is going to be analyzed; definitions, characteristics, types, participants and the process to follow. In order to achieve this, the last step of this open and never ending process must be reflection. We are, therefore, speaking of a process that goes further than mere good intentions, at least theoretically. If goals are reached they must be communicated to the rest of the colleagues in the community so they can implement them as well; so, Innovations may begin being “small” and end up with many participants. For this there are difficulties and obstacles in the Education System that fit comment. Then, we have the occasion analyze the administrative situation, collecting datum about financial aids and awards from the Government. There are diverse innovations but the TIC deserves a special mention, as it is the theme that comes with more force. Finally, we will focus in the situation in Navarre, analyzing the various proposals for innovation for the academic year 2013-2014. Ending, of course, reflecting on all the above
