Diseño y fabricación de fuente de luz led

Basándose en las necesidades creadas por un creciente mercado de los biosensores, este proyecto investigará y discutirá las diferentes maneras de diseñar y fabricar una fuente de luz blanca acoplada a fibra basada en tecnología LED situada en el espectro visible. Para ello, se propondrán nuevas maneras de lograr un buen acople de luz a la fibra en términos de potencia y de distribución espectral a través de distintas técnicas y estructuras típicas presentes en la mayoría de laboratorios de sensores de fibra óptica. El proyecto continuará con el diseño de un driver LED continuo de altas prestaciones, incluyendo toda la electrónica necesaria para el desarrollo de la fuente de alta potencia LED. Todo ello se unirá en el diseño final de la fuente de luz, la cual debe ser capaz de satisfacer las necesidades de una fuente de luz blanca comercial.

Based in the needs generated by a growing up biosensors market scenario, this project investigates and discusses different ways of designing and building a high-power fiber coupled LED light source in the visible spectrum. In this way, we propose new ways of improving the power coupled in the optical fiber and this spectral distribution through basic technics and structures of most of optical fiber sensors laboratories. It is followed by the design of a high-end continuous LED driver involving all the electronics needed for the development of a high power LED light source. All this will be bundled in the final design of the light source, which must be able to satisfy the needs of a commercial white light source.
