Biodiversidad 100 metros a la redonda

El presente Trabajo Fin de Máster (TFM), Biodiversidad 100 metros a la redonda, está pensado para desarrollarse en el primer curso de los ciclos superiores de formación profesional de Paisajismo y Medio Rural (jardinería y agricultura) y Gestión Forestal y Medio Natural (guardas forestales, encargado de viveros y trabajos forestales…). Se plantea a los alumnos que a partir de ortofotos descargadas de Internet ubiquen un punto en el territorio (el que ellos quieran) y a partir de él se trazará un perímetro de 100 metros a la redonda. Dentro de ese perímetro habrá que buscar plantas, hongos y animales que serán georreferenciados (se les dará coordenadas). Para organizar la colección de las fotos que se obtengan (tanto de plantas y hongos como de animales) y de los ejemplares que se recojan (mayormente plantas con las que se podrá realizar un herbario) se utilizará una base de datos en formato MicroSoft Access. La identificación de las especies se hará por medio de información obtenida de Internet o de bibliografía (libros de botánica y zoología, guías de campo, claves…). Finalmente se realizará el recuento de los diferentes taxones georreferenciados y se comparará con los recuentos de otras zonas. Esto permitirá hacerse una idea de los cambios espaciales de biodiversidad.

Master Bukaerako Lan hau (MBL): Biodibertsitatea 100 metroko itzulinguruan, Paisaia eta Landa‐ingurua (lorezaintza eta nekazaritza) eta Baso‐kudeaketa eta Ingurune Naturala (basozainak, hazitegietako eta basolanetako arduraduna …) ikasketetako goi‐zikloko lanbide‐heziketako lehenengo mailarako eginda dago. Internetetik jaitsitako aire‐argazkien bidez, ikasleei proposatzen zaie puntu bat kokatzeko lur‐eremuan (haiek nahi dutena) eta puntu horretatik aurrera 100 metroko itzulinguruko perimetroa marratzen da. Perimetro horren barruan landareak, onddoak eta animaliak bilatu behar dira eta hauek geoerreferentziatuak izango dira (koordenadak ipintzea). Lortutako argazkien bilduma (landareenak, onddoenak eta animalienak) eta jasotako aleak (gehien bat herbario bat egiteko landareak) antolatzeko datu‐base bat Microsoft Access formatuan erabiliko da. Espezien datuak Interneten edo bibliografiaren bidez (botanika eta zoologia liburuak, landa‐gidak, klabeak…) emango dira.

Amaitzeko, geoerreferentziatutako taxon desberdinak zenbatuko dira eta beste eremuetako zenbaketekin alderatuko dira. Horren esker, toki ezberdinetan ematen diren biodibertsitatearen aldaketak uler daitezke.

The activities proposed in the current master’s thesis, “Biodiversity within a 100m radius”, have been developed to be implemented in the first year of a professional degree in Landscape Planning and Rural Environment (Gardening and Agriculture) and another degree in Forest Management and Natural Sciences (forest rangers, greenhouse technicians and other forestry jobs…). The Students, by using orthophotos downloaded from internet, will have to select a point of choice in the territory. Then, they will draw a circumference with a radius of 100 m on the orthophoto placing this point at the center. They will look for plants, fungi and animals within this circumference. All these living beings will be georeferenced and the coordinates will be given to the students by the professor. A photo collection of the specimens will be stored in the Microsoft Access data base. Species identification will be carried out by using species identification keys obtained from the School library or from internet. Finally, the students will count the georeferenced taxa and data from different sampling locations will be compared. This will give the students a general idea about spatial changes in biodiversity.
