Ondare kultural materiagabea euskararen irakaskuntzan: Lehen Hezkuntzarako proposamen didaktikoa

Este trabajo responde a la necesidad social de la integración del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial (PCI) en el currículo educativo y mostrar los beneficios que ese proceso aporta a la enseñanza del euskara. Así pues, he creado y puesto en práctica una unidad didáctica que cumplimenta el objetivo mencionado anteriormente. He desarrollado este proyecto para el alumnado de quinto de primaria y está pensado para trabajar por proyectos. El tema que se ha trabajado es la alimentación y con este proyecto el alumnado ha sido capaz de unificar los conocimientos y tradiciones de sus antepasados con los conocimientos científicos y costumbres gastronómicas de hoy en día en un pincho. Para ello aprenderán el vocabulario y las características de un texto instructivo mediante varios testimonios. Tras analizar y evaluar la evolución del alumnado puedo asegurar que la unidad ha aumentado el nivel de compromiso con el PCI y el conocimiento del euskara

Lan honetan egin dudana zera da: Ondare kultural materiagabearen (OKM) hezkuntza curriculumean integratzearen gizarte beharrari erantzuna ematea eta prozesu horrek euskararen irakaskuntzari dakarzkion onurak aztertzea. Honela bada, helburu hori duen unitate didaktikoa sortu eta martxan jarri dut. Lehen Hezkuntzako bosgarren mailarako prestatu dut eta proiektuka lan egiteko pentsatua dago. Jorratu den gaia elikadura da eta proiektu honekin lortutakoa gure arbasoen ezagutza eta ohiturak egungo ezagutza zientifikoarekin eta gastronomia azturekin bateratzea izan da. Bide horretan ikasleek elikadura osasuntsuaren oinarriak, jarraibide testuak idazteko gaitasun eta ezagutza eta euskalkietako hiztegia eskuratu dituzte testigantzen bidez. Ikasleen garapena aztertu eta ebaluatu ondoren, aitortu dezaket ikasleek OKMrekin zuten engaiamendua handitu dela eta Euskararen ezagutza hobetu dutela unitate honi esker

This researching work answers the social need to integrate the Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) into the educational curriculum and to prove the beneficial contribution of that process in the teaching of Basque. Therefore, I have created and put into practice a didactic unit which fulfills the previous aim. This proposal has been targeted for children aged 10-11 and it is based on a project-based methodology. Nutrition is the subject we have developed and thanks to this project students have been able to link the knowledge and traditions of their ancestors with the actual scientific knowledge and food-related customs, in order to create a pintxo. After analysing and evaluating the evolution of the children, I can assure the unit has encouraged students’ engagement with the ICH and enhanced Basque language knowledge
