Nutrizio eta ingurumen hezkuntza testuliburuetan eta elikadura eredu iraunkorra sustatzeko proposamen didaktikoa

Master Amaierako Lan honek, Derrigorrezko Bigarren Hezkuntzako 3. Mailako testu liburuek aurkezten duten nutrizioaren eredua eta honek iraunkortasunarekin izan dezakeen lotura aztertzea du lehen helburua. Testuliburu, zein, Nafarroako Foru Komunitateko DBHko curriculumean agerian geratzen da bi kontzeptu hauek era bat bananduta daudela eta dietak ingurumenean duen inpaktua ulertzeko edukiak urriak direla. Gainera, elikadura kontzeptua ikuspuntu antropozentrista batetik soilik lantzen dela ikus daiteke. Honela, ingurumen- eta gizarte-arazoak eta nutrizio iraunkorra ezagutu ditzaten, ikasleen interesa pizten duen eta dieta eta iraunkortasuna lotu eta biltzen dituen proposamen didaktikoa aurkezten da lan honetan. Arakatzean Oinarritutako Zientzia Irakaskuntza oinarri metodologikotzat hartuta bildu dira jarduerak. Azken helburua, ikasleek elikagaien kontsumitzaile kritiko gisa izan dezaketen rola garatzeko estrategiak eskaintzea izanik.

This master’s thesis project aims among other things to analyse the nutritional models and the relationship that these contents have with sustainability in Compulsory Secondary Education third grade textbooks. Is glaring how the two concepts described at Chartered Community of Navarre’s curriculum and on textbooks are distanced from one to the other and how the content lacks information about the influence of the diet in the environment. Moreover, alimentation is regarded from an anthropocentric point of view. Thus, with the objective of presenting the social and environmental problems as well as motivating and showing the union between sustainability and diet, a didactic proposal concerning all those issues and based on Inquiry- Based Science Education is presented in this work. The final goal is to create strategies that might enable students to act with criticism while consuming.
