Haurren ikus kulturaren irakurketa eta interpretazioa generoaren ikuspegitik

El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar desde una perspectiva de género la cultura visual que rodea a un grupo concreto de niñas y niños. Para ello, estudiaré los estímulos visuales que he considerado más influyentes en su día a día, tanto en la escuela como en los medios de comunicación. Mediante el análisis de los roles, estereotipos y comportamientos diferenciados que nos asignan a hombres y mujeres en ciertas imágenes, podemos ver reflejados muchos de los valores encubiertos de la sociedad en la que vivimos. De esta manera, seremos más conscientes de los mensajes repletos de información que interiorizamos y de cómo podemos evitar reproducirlos. Completando primero nuestra mirada crítica y después acompañándoles a las niñas y niños a descubrir la suya. Ayudándoles así a desarrollar su herramienta básica para recibir información del mundo que les rodea y para poder ellos y ellas comunicarse y expresarse.

Horretarako, haurren egunerokotasunean dauden estimulu bisual esanguratsuenak aztertuko ditut, eskolakoak eta hedabideek eskaintzen dituztenak. Emakume eta gizonei esleitzen zaizkigun rol, estereotipo eta jokabide desberdinen analisiaren bitartez, gure gizartearen balore ezkutu askoren islak ikusi ditzakegu. Modu honetan, irudien bitartez jasotzen ditugun mezu anitzez kontzienteago izango gara eta, posiblea den heinean, haurrentzat influentzia negatiboak bihurtzen diren jarrerak erreproduzitzea saihestuko dugu. Gure begirada kritikoa osatuz, haurrei haienaren jabetze prozesuan lagundu ahal izango diegu. Haurrentzat irudia haien inguruko informazioa berenganatzeko eta haiek sentitzen eta pentsatzen dutena adierazteko tresna nagusia denez, begirada kritiko honen bidez komunikazio gaitasuna garatzen lagunduko diegu.

The aim of this project is to analyze from a gender perspective the visual culture that surrounds a particular group of children. To do this, I will study the visual stimuli that I have considered most influential in their day to day, both at school and in the media. By analyzing the roles, stereotypes and different behaviours that we assign to men and women in certain images, we can see reflected many of the values undercover from the society in which we live. In this way, we will be more aware of the messages full of information we internalize and how we can avoid reproducing. Completing our critical eye first and then accompanying the children to discover their own. Helping them to develop their basic tool for receiving information from the world around them and to communicate and express themselves.
