Esto hace que la cinemática inversa tenga distintas soluciones posibles, en base a un criterio a elegir. Por otra parte, la rigidez de un robot se puede establecer mediante su matriz de rigidez. Esta matriz de rigidez depende de la configuración del robot, por lo que, resolviendo la cinemática inversa para un punto del espacio de trabajo, se puede calcular la matriz de rigidez para esa configuración en concreto. En mecanizado de paredes finas mediante robots industriales, se tiene el problema de que las piezas se deforman debido a las fuerzas cortantes. Uno de los métodos para reducir estas deformaciones consiste en utilizar un robot para que haga de apoyo en la cara opuesta de la pieza a mecanizar. Si el robot está más rígido en la dirección de mecanizado aportará más rigidez a la pieza. Entonces, aumentando esa rigidez durante trayectoria se puede optimizar el proceso. El objetivo de este TFM consiste en calcular una manera de realizar la trayectoria en la que, en comparación a la forma habitual de seguir la trayectoria necesaria, se aumente la rigidez y, por tanto, la precisión en el mecanizado. Respecto a lo realizado en este trabajo de fin de máster, para empezar, se ha obtenido una función que resuelve la cinemática inversa del robot de 7 gdl. Esta función se ha conseguido obtener mediante el cálculo simbólico de MATLAB, por lo que obtener la cinemática inversa no requiere de un gran coste computacional. Además, esta función también tiene en cuenta todas las configuraciones posibles del robot, por lo que se puede escoger eltipo de configuración deseada en las variables de entrada de la función. Por otra parte, se han calculado la matriz jacobiana y la matriz de rigidez cartesiana, también mediante el cálculo simbólico en MATLAB. Esto permite calcular la rigidez del robot en una dirección en función de la configuración. Por último, se ha realizado un estudio de rigidez. En este estudio, se fijan ciertas variables, dejando otras libres, para buscar trayectorias que tengan buena rigidez. Siendo de vital importancia su optimización, ya que de este modo se reducen las improductividades y los gastos que estas generan. En este proyecto se va a desarrollar el proceso de industrialización de un tirador de aluminio para un electrodoméstico. Se van a definir los procesos de mecanizado, esmerilado, anodizado y montaje que un perfil de aluminio extruido requiere para poder entregar al cliente en modo de tirador. Para ello, se van a definir los parámetros, materiales y utillajes con gran detalle, ya que requiere de una gran precisión dimensional y estética inmejorable. Todos ellos basados en cumplir las especificaciones de cliente, costes estimados y tiempos ciclo definidos. Con este objetivo es imprescindible conocer los fundamentos de todos los procesos que se emplean para obtener el tirador y el proceso productivo de la planta.Publication Open Access Generación de conjuntos de datos para el entrenamiento de redes neuronales aplicadas a robótica(2023) Merino Olagüe, Mikel; Iriarte Goñi, Xabier; Aginaga García, Jokin; Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería Industrial, Informática y de Telecomunicación; Industria, Informatika eta Telekomunikazio Ingeniaritzako Goi Mailako Eskola TeknikoaEl presente Trabajo Fin de Master se encuentra enmarcado dentro del proyecto de investigación IMITAI financiado por el Gobierno de Navarra (Ref. 0011-1411-2021-000023) en el que se busca automatizar mediante robots una serie de tareas industriales. Este tipo de tareas presentan cierta aleatoriedad o variabilidad en aspectos tales como la ubicación imprecisa de los elementos a manipular, su propia geometría, la iluminación, etc. Por lo tanto, su automatización exige que el robot posea capacidad de reacción ante dicha aleatoriedad. Para ello, se quiere crear una red neuronal capaz de interpretar el entorno a partir de imágenes y comandar adecuadamente el robot a partir de las mismas. La red neuronal necesita de una serie de datos de entrenamiento para poder ajustar sus parámetros de forma óptima. Este conjunto de datos de entrenamiento debe estar compuesto por las entradas de la red neuronal en forma de imágenes y sus salidas en forma de series de datos temporales. Obtener dichos datos experimentalmente tiene un alto coste, tanto económico como en cuanto al tiempo requerido, por lo que se recurre a la simulación para generar los datos de entrenamiento de manera más eficiente y económica. Este trabajo se ha centrado en la generación de dicho conjunto de datos de entrenamiento y en la creación de un simulador para validar la red neuronal. En primer lugar, se ha analizado la cinemática del robot UR10e, que será el encargado de llevar a cabo las dos tareas de las que consta este proyecto. La primera consiste en asir un cable que puede estar ubicado en distintas posiciones y cuya configuración (orientación, longitud, etc.) es variable. La segunda consiste en soldar tuberías en la parte trasera de un frigorífico. Las tuberías a soldar pueden estar en distintas disposiciones al igual que el frigorífico. A continuación, se han diseñado las trayectorias que debe seguir el robot mediante curvas de Bézier. Además, entre las posibles trayectorias para una misma tarea, se han creado una serie de criterios para rechazar las trayectorias no válidas y seleccionar las más adecuadas. Posteriormente, se han generado entornos gráficos para ambas tareas de cara a la obtención de imágenes. Tanto el cable a asir como la tubería a soldar se han creado de forma paramétrica, provocando de forma directa variabilidad en las trayectorias. Todo lo anterior se ha integrado en un único algoritmo capaz de generar los entornos gráficos, simular las trayectorias y obtener el conjunto de datos a partir de las mismas. Por último, una vez entrenada la red neuronal quiere corroborarse su validez, comprobándose que ejecuta correctamente la tarea para una serie de casos de test. Honen ondorioz, piezen gainazalean ondulazioak eta akatsak sortzen dira. Arazo hauek, hala nola, sektore aeronautikoan ematen dira, horma fineko xafletan egiten den errekantatze prozesuan. Lan honen helburu nagusia konputazio tresna bat garatzea da, errekantatze prozesua egitean xafla finaren portaera simulatuko duena. Horretarako, hasteko, indar eredu bat sortuko da Matlab programan. Indar eredu honek mekanizazio makinak xaflari egiten dion indarra denbora une bakoitzean kalkulatuko du. Ondoren, indar eredua simulazio dinamiko batean sartuko da, non xaflaren portaera ikusiko den. Behin konputazio tresna garatuta dagoela, esperimentalki balidazioa burutuko da, konputazionalki egindakoa errealitatean ematen dela ziurtatzeko. Honek, konputazionalki simulazioak egitean jasotako emaitzak errealitatean emango diren berdinak izatea baliatuko digu. Azkenik, mekanizazio parametroen optimizazioa burutuko da. Modu honetan, parametroen konfigurazio optimoa bilatuko da, bibrazio mekanikoen gutxitzea eragingo duena. Horrela, horma fineko xafletan mekanizazio prozesua egitean lortuko den emaitza optimoa dela ziurtatuko da.
