| dc.description.abstract | "El presente estudio tiene por objeto realizar un análisis del delito de financiación ilegal de partidos políticos incorporado al Código Penal mediante la reforma 1/2015 de 30 de marzo. Para ello, se lleva a cabo un estudio del sistema de financiación de los partidos políticos en España, necesario para una mejor comprensión de la nueva figura típica. Posteriormente, se realiza un exhaustivo examen técnico jurídico del delito de financiación ilegal de partidos políticos tal y como ha sido configurado en el Código Penal, poniéndose de manifiesto los vacíos punitivos que la actual normativa presenta, y que permiten a las formaciones políticas continuar nutriéndose ilegítimamente de fondos, tanto públicos, como privados y, en definitiva, que nos hallamos ante una técnica legislativa que podría ser calificada como precipitada y deficiente. Finalmente, se estudian y valoran algunas enmiendas de modificación del delito de financiación ilegal de partidos, presentadas recientemente por los grupos políticos." | es_ES |
