| dc.description.abstract | La acción de anulación de un laudo arbitral es un recurso que permite, a las partes, anular un laudo en caso de que se den ciertos motivos específicos establecidos por la ley. El arbitraje se basa, entre otros, en el principio de la autonomía de la voluntad de las partes. La violación del orden público, como causa de anulación, es particularmente compleja debido a la naturaleza ambigua del concepto. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo explorar más a fondo el funcionamiento del arbitraje y los casos en los que es posible anular un laudo, que vienen establecidos en la propia Ley del Arbitraje. | es_ES |

Arbitration is based, among other things, on the principle of the autonomy of the will of the parties.
