La inteligencia artificial ante la discapacidad

El estudio versa sobre la interrelación entre la discapacidad y la inteligencia artificial donde se exponen los beneficios que ésta última puede suponer para las personas discapacitadas, así como los sesgos existentes. La existencia de legislación propia sobre la inteligencia artificial es, por un lado, una evidente necesidad y, por otro, debe incorporar los instrumentos para que sea inclusiva. En este mismo sentido, la normativa sobre discapacidad debe adaptarse a las novedades que suponen la implantación de le inteligencia artificial.

The study deals with the interrelation between disability and artificial intelligence, where the benefits that the latter can bring to disabled people are exposed, as well as the existing biases. The existence of its own legislation on artificial intelligence is, on the one hand, an obvious necessity and, on the other, it must incorporate the instruments to make it inclusive. In this same sense, disability regulations must adapt to the developments brought about by the implementation of artificial intelligence.
