dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de este trabajo es analizar el Manual de Prevención de Riesgos Penales, desde sus características principales, según la tipificación en el CP español. Igualmente se analizan las reformas introducidas por las LO 5/2010 y 1/2015. Y, además, es objeto de análisis la diferente interpretación que vienen manteniendo la FGE y el TS respecto de la regulación contenido en la LO 1/2015, con especial atención al Manual de Compliance que ha de ser implantado. Además, en las relaciones comerciales existentes entre las empresas el Legal Compliance permite también mejorar la imagen de la corporación.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this dissertation is to analyze the Legal Compliance Program to prevent criminal responsibility in companies, according to its main characteristics, attempt to Spanish Criminal Law. -Spanish Criminal Code-. It is also an object of analysis the different interpretation that have maintained the Fiscal Ministery and the Supreme Court regarding the regulation contained in the Organic Law 1/2015, with special attention to Compliance Manual that has to be implemented. Besides, the legal compliance, in the commercial agreements between companies, is also a way to improving the imagen of the corporation.es_ES
