| dc.description.abstract | "En el presente trabajo se realiza un estudio sobre el delito de escarnio en el ordenamiento jurídico español. En primer lugar, explicaré sucintamente los conceptos en los que se basa este delito. Abordaré brevemente la evolución legislativa en torno a este tipo penal desde el siglo XX hasta la actualidad. Analizaré el art. 525 del CP: el bien jurídico protegido, elementos objetivo y subjetivo, así como su interpretación jurisprudencial de ámbito nacional e internacional. Por último, expondré las diversas posiciones doctrinales sobre la justificación y pertinencia de la existencia de este precepto en nuestro ordenamiento, aportando, finalmente, mi opinión personal.
