| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo analiza una de las clasificaciones de los tipos de daños que pueden concurrir en el ámbito de la responsabilidad civil: la diferencia entre daño continuado, permanente, y sobrevenido, así como la relevancia de dicha clasificación para determinar posteriormente el dies a quo del decurso del plazo de prescripción de la acción, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en los artículos 1968.2 y 1969 CC. Tras el estudio de la tipología del daño y la prescripción de la acción, se analizará el régimen de protección civil del honor en España, examinando las conclusiones alcanzadas por la judicatura en la aplicación de las categorías de daños estudiadas. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This paper work analyses a classification of damages that may concur in the field of civil liability: the difference between continuous, permanent, and unexpected damage, as well as the relevance of this classification to determine subsequently the dies a quo of the course of the limitation period of the action, according to articles 1968.2 and 1969 on the Spanish Civil Code. After the study of the type of damage and the prescription of the action, the regime of civil protection of honor in Spain will be analyzed, examining the conclusions reached by the judiciary in the application of the categories of damages studied. | en |
