| dc.description.abstract | En la presente revisión de autora se ha analizado el concepto del presentismo. Para la consecución de dicho análisis, se han revisado un total de 134 documentos de entre 1608 en distintas bases de datos sobre los siguientes aspectos: qué es y qué no es el presentismo, los tipos que existen, los factores que propician su aparición, las consecuencias que este fenómeno ocasiona, los instrumentos empleados para contabilizar las pérdidas que genera y las medidas pertinentes para hacerle frente. Finalmente, se han analizado las diferencias entre el nivel de presentismo de los trabajadores españoles e inmigrantes. Se concluye que, se trata de un concepto menos estudiado que el absentismo y por tanto, poco conocido y más descuidado. No obstante, en la actualidad las organizaciones van tomando conciencia sobre su importancia debido a los costes de productividad y agravios en la salud que origina, los cuales son incluso más severos que los del absentismo. Por tanto, interiorizar e implantar medidas frente a la problemática que supone el presentismo en las empresas resulta fundamental si se pretende alcanzar un alto grado de bienestar y rendimiento de los trabajadores. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | In this author's review, the concept of presenteeism has been analysed. In order to achieve this analysis, a total of 134 documents out of 1608 have been reviewed in some different data bases in the following aspects: what is the presenteeism and what it is not, the types of presenteeism that exist, the factors that facilitate its appearance, the consequences that this phenomenon causes, the instruments used to account the losses that it generates and the necessary measures to face it. Eventually, the differences between the level of Spanish presenteeism and immigrant presenteeism have been analysed. It is concluded that, the presenteeism is a less studied concept than the absenteeism and then, it is less familiar and more neglected. However, nowadays the organizations are becoming more aware of its importance due to the costs of productivity and health grievances that it generates, which are even more severe than those which the absenteeism generates. Therefore, internalizing and implementing measures against the problems of presenteeism in the companies is essential to achieve a high level of well-being and workers's efficiency. | es_ES |
