Abstract

Along the marketing plan of Metaforic Club de Lectura, which is a subscription platform aimed at the educational field, I will try to make clear the settled objectives and the commercial actions, adjusted to proper dates, that will help us to achieve those goals. The commercial actions are the result of a deep analysis: the DAFO analysis has allowed us to avoid the weaknesses and threats within the sector and has also allowed us to take advantage of the different opportunities and strengths. All these actions, which will be explained further on, will be performed without exceeding the established budget so as to achieve the settled goals.
