Basaula Project
llevado a cabo
con la herramienta
iNaturalist
en
2016.
Para ello se rediseñaron y completaron el protocolo
de uso
y la encuesta de
evaluación, se creó una guía de
la
flora
esperada, se compararon los resultados
2016-2018,
se evaluó el
impacto posterior del
proyecto del
2016
y se comprobó la
presencia de
sus
observaciones
en
GBIF.
El proyecto de 201
8 se llevó a cabo con
65 alumnos/as
de 4ºESO del Colegio Nuestra Señora del Puy de
Estella (Navarra)
frente a los 57 del 2016, obteniendo una participación respectivamente de
42%
(27)
y
50.87% (29), con
un total de 53
observaciones (1,96 observaciones/participante) de 27 especies
diferentes,
frente a 41
observaciones
(1.41) de 8
especies en 2016.
El número de especies fue
significativamente superior en 2018.
La valoración de la actividad
fue positiva (7,22 puntos sobre 10
frente
a 6.96) y
la
consideraron útil
para la ciencia (7,49).
Lo
que
más destacaron
fue
su carácter innovador
(22,95%
frente a 22.5%). [--]

The scientific literacy of citizens and especially of future generations is of great importance. That is why
Citizen Science, located in the boundaries
between science and education, is increasingly incorporated in
High School, obtaining data for the
investigation of biodiversity, a significant learning and awareness
towards the
environment through a didactic
innovative
alternative.
The main aim of the present dissertation is to evaluate once again the integration of a Citizen Science
Project in High School, in particular the Basaula Project carried out with the iNaturalist
tool in 2016.
For
this purpose, the usage protocol and the evaluation survey were redesigned, a guide of the predictable
flora
was created, results for 2018-2016 were compared, the subsequent impact of the 2016 project was
evaluated and the existence of its
observations was verified in GBIF.
The
2018
project
was carried out with the involvement of 65 students from 4th
ESO course belonging to
“Nuestra Señora del Puy Centre” in
Estella
(Navarra)
meanwhile in 2016 were 57,
reaching the
participation, respectively,
of a 42% of the students (27)
and 50.87% (29)
, with a total of 53
observations
(1,96
observations/participant) about 27 different species
compared to
41
observations
(1,41) of 8
species.
The number of species was
significantly higher in 2018.
The evaluation
of the activity was
positive
(7,22 over 10
compared to
6,96) and they considered
it
useful for the science (7,49).
The
aspect
most
pointed out
was its
innovative character
(22,95% of the participants
compared to
22.5%). [--]
