| dc.description.abstract | En este trabajo se analizan desde una perspectiva crítica dos de los artículos de la Ley 4/2015 del Estatuto de la Víctima del Delito que más polémica han arrojado sobre la mesa de debate de los operadores jurídicos, estos son, la intervención de la víctima en la ejecución de la pena –art. 13– y la justicia restaurativa –art.15–. Asimismo, se intenta apreciar la existencia de ciertas novedosas teorías de la pena como nexo común entre la regulación efectuada de ambas cuestiones, así como la conveniencia, o no, de que ambos preceptos queden regulados en un mismo cuerpo legal. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | In this work, two of the articles of Law 4/2015 of the Statute of the Victim of the Crime that have thrown more controversy on the debate table of the legal operators are analyzed from a critical perspective: the intervention of the victim in the execution of the sentence -art. 13- and restorative justice -art.15-.
