| dc.description.abstract | La reforma del Derecho civil de Navarra en 2019 ha modificado notablemente el régimen de la prescripción extintiva. Uno de los aspectos más novedosos es el reconocimiento de la suspensión de los plazos por las causas legalmente previstas, que pone de manifiesto la voluntad de avanzar hacia una mayor subjetivación de la institución. Constituye asimismo una novedad relevante la aplicabilidad de las causas de suspensión a la figura de la caducidad. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The reform of civil law in Navarre in 2019 has significantly modified the statute of limitations. One of the most novel aspects is the recognition of the suspension of time limits for the legally foreseen causes, which shows the desire to move towards a greater subjectivation of the institution. Also a relevant novelty is the applicability of the grounds for suspension to the figure of expiration. | en |
