| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este artículo es ofrecer un análisis de la figura del ‘trabajador-emprendedor’ en el marco del capitalismo cognitivo. En un contexto de crisis de las formas de empleo asalariado, entendemos que la emergencia de la figura idealizada del ‘emprendedor’, tal como es propuesta por los principales organismos gubernamentales, se vincula a la idea de la subjetividad ‘puesta a trabajar’. Sostendremos que la forma de llevar a cabo ese proceso se vincula con la construcción de figuras idealizadas, cuyo objetivo es lograr la adhesión de los individuos a las normas subjetivas. El artículo se divide en tres partes. Inicialmente analizaremos la emergencia del ideal del emprendedor en el marco del capitalismo cognitivo y su vínculo estrecho con la idea de la ‘subjetividad puesta a trabajar’. Posteriormente, propondremos una mirada crítica centrada en la idea de ‘devenir mujer del trabajo’. Finalmente analizaremos las tensiones en la experiencia subjetiva, a partir del análisis de entrevistas a emprendedores y emprendedoras. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this article is to provide an analysis of the ‘worker-entrepreneur’ within the frame-work of cognitive capitalism. In a context of crisis of wage employment, we understand that the emergence of the idealized figure of the ‘entrepreneur’, as it is proposed by the main government agencies, it is linked to the idea of subjectivity ‘put to work’. We argue that the way in which this process is carried out is related to the construction of idealized figures intended to obtain the adherence of individuals to subjective norms. The article is divided into three parts. Initially, we discuss the emergence of the ideal of the entrepreneur and its close linkage with the idea of ‘subjec-tivity put to work’ within the framework of cognitive capitalism. Then, we will propose a critical approach focused on the idea of ‘becoming woman of work’. Finally, we analyze tensions in the subjective experience of entrepreneurs, on the basis of interviews. | en |
