Comportamiento equino en pastoreo dirigido monitorizado por GPS

Este trabajo final de máster (TFM) se enmarca en el proyecto europeo OPEN2PRESERVE y muestra un estudio sobre la etología equina. Concretamente, se estudian de yeguas de raza Burguete sometidas a un pastoreo dirigido monitorizado por GPS. Estos animales han practicado un pastoreo rotacional en la temporada 2020 entre dos parcelas en el término de Roncesvalles (Navarra). Se han utilizado distintos análisis numéricos para analizar patrones de entre el comportamiento equino según franja horaria y época del año. También se ha estudiado el efecto de la climatología en su comportamiento. El efecto del aprendizaje y las querencias en el ganado equino. Por último se ha observado, a través de los datos aportados por INTIA, la capacidad biodesbrozadora de estos animales.

This final master's tesis is part of the European project OPEN2PRESERVE and shows a study on equine ethology. Specifically, Burguete breed mares subjected to a directed grazing monitored by GPS are studied.
