| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo del presente trabajo consiste en el análisis del régimen fiscal nacional e internacional de los deportistas, con el propósito de estudiar las causas que han motivado que recientemente hayan aparecido un número tan elevado de casos de deportistas que presuntamente han eludido sus obligaciones fiscales. Para llevar a cabo el objetivo propuesto se han analizado las reglas fiscales de la normativa interna y las normas de los convenios de doble imposición que siguen el modelo de la OCDE, explicando de forma separada el problema de los derechos de imagen y exponiendo la interpretación que de estas normas realiza la doctrina, así como los pronunciamientos judiciales más relevantes sobre la materia. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this paper is to analyze the national and international tax system of sportsmen and sportswomen, with the aim of studying the causes that have led to the recent appearance of such a large number of cases of sportsmen who have allegedly avoided their tax obligations. In order to carry out the proposed objective, the tax rules of the internal regulations and the rules of the double taxation agreements that follow the OECD model have been analysed, explaining separately the problem of image rights and explaining the interpretation of these rules by the doctrine, as well as the most relevant judicial pronouncements on the matter. | es_ES |
