| dc.description.abstract | Los avances del mundo tecnológico han hecho que nos alejemos de las zonas rurales, de la naturaleza… y con esto perder los múltiples beneficios que tiene el contacto con la naturaleza. Es por ello que el objetivo general de este trabajo es analizar y reunir los beneficios de la relación con la naturaleza y de las Actividades Físicas en el Medio Natural (AFMN) para poder promover la implementación del entorno natural en la educación. Por un lado, en el marco teórico del trabajo, se han indagado los beneficios psicológicos, cognitivos, fisiológicos, sociales y espirituales que tiene el contacto con la naturaleza. Además, se han explorado también los beneficios en el ámbito educativo y de las AFMN. Por otro lado, se ha diseñado una Situación de Aprendizaje basada en el deporte de Orientación con el objetivo de integrar el contacto con la naturaleza de forma eficaz. En la misma se muestra el contexto del CPEIP San Miguel de Noáin, las relaciones curriculares, la Educación de Aventura, la atención a la diversidad, el diseño de ocho sesiones, la evaluación, etc. Para finalizar y tras llevar a cabo cuatro de estas sesiones, se obtienen resultados que ratifican los beneficios anteriormente citados. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Mundu teknologikoaren aurrerapenek landa-eremuetatik, naturatik... aldentzea eragin dute, eta horrekin naturarekin kontaktuan egoteak dituen onura anitzak lortzeko aukera galtzea. Horregatik, Gradu Bukaerako Lan honen helburu orokorra naturarekiko kontaktuaren eta Jarduera Fisikoak Natur Ingurunean (JFNI) dituen onurak aztertzea zein biltzea da, hezkuntzan ingurune naturalaren inplementazioa sustatu ahal izateko. Alde batetik, lanaren esparru teorikoan, naturarekin kontaktuan egoteak dakartzan onura psikologiko, kognitibo, fisiologiko, sozial eta espiritualak ikertu dira. Gainera, hezkuntzan ekar ditzaken eta JFNI barne dituen onurak aztertu dira ere. Bestalde, Orientazio kirolean oinarritutako Ikaskuntza Egoera bat diseinatu da, naturarekiko kontaktua modu eraginkorrean integratzeko. Bertan, Noaingo San Miguel HLHIPren testuingurua, curriculumarekiko erlazioak, Abentura Hezkuntza, aniztasunaren trataera, zortzi saio osoren diseinua, ebaluazioa eta abar ikusgai daude. Amaitzeko eta hauetako lau saio praktikara eraman ondoren, naturarekin kontaktuan izateak eta JFNI egitearen onurak berresten dituzten emaitzak lortu dira. | eu |
| dc.description.abstract | The advances of the technological world have made us move away from rural areas, from nature... and thus lose the multiple benefits of contact with nature. That is why the general objective of this work is to analyze and gather the benefits of the relationship with nature and Physical Activities in the Natural Environment (PANE) to promote the implementation of the natural environment in education. On the one hand, in the theoretical framework of the work, the psychological, cognitive, physiological, social and spiritual benefits of contact with nature have been investigated. In addition, benefits have also been explored in the field of education and PANE. On the other hand, a learning situation based on the sport of Orientation has been designed with the aim of integrating contact with nature effectively. | dc.description.abstract | Les progrès du monde technologique nous ont éloignés des zones rurales, de la nature... et nous avons ainsi perdu les multiples bénéfices du contact avec la nature. C'est pourquoi l'objectif général de ce travail est d'analyser et de recueillir les bénéfices de la relation avec la nature et des Activités Physiques en Milieu Naturel (APMN) afin de promouvoir la mise en œuvre de l'environnement naturel dans l'éducation. D'une part, dans le cadre théorique du travail, les bénéfices psychologiques, cognitifs, physiologiques, sociaux et spirituels du contact avec la nature ont été étudiés. En outre, les avantages dans le domaine de l'éducation et de l'APMN ont également été étudiés. D'autre part, une situation d'apprentissage basée sur le sport de la course d'orientation a été conçue dans le but d'intégrer le contact avec la nature de manière efficace.
