Vestido de diabólico deseo': prácticas sodomíticas y justicia en Navarra durante el Antiguo Régimen

La sodomía fue una de las prácticas sexuales más duramente perseguidas durante el Antiguo Régimen por la justicia secular y eclesiástica. Este delito nos ha dejado en Navarra ricos testimonios en forma de procesos judiciales que fueron dirimidos ante los Tribunales Reales. A través de esta documentación podremos conocer no sólo la intrahistoria de este tipo de comportamientos y su represión jurídica, sino también la concepción social y cultural de dichos hábitos.

Sodomy was one of the hardest sex persecuted during the Old Regime by secular and ecclesiastical justice.
