La producción científica en castellano en didáctica de las Ciencias Sociales en Educación Infantil (2017-2022)

dc.description.abstractIntroducción: En este trabajo se realiza una revisión bibliométrica sobre la producción científica en lengua castellana en el campo de la didáctica de las Ciencias Sociales en la etapa educativa de Educación Infantil. Para ello, se ha realizado una búsqueda y análisis sistematizado en los buscadores de SJR y Dialnet dando como resultado una muestra de n=72 revistas de educación en España indexadas en SJR y n=36 revistas latinoamericanas, en n=44 revistas se han encontrado investigaciones en didáctica de las Ciencias Sociales en Educación Infantil. Método: Al ser un estudio longitudinal y retrospectivo se ajusta el método cuantitativo. El análisis realizado se ha basado en cuantificación de las publicaciones editadas entre 2017 y 2022. Se ha empleado la metodología de análisis bibliométrico y de contenido para definir indicadores, palabras clave contenidas en el Tesauro de la UNESCO y ERIC. Resultados: Se han localizado un total de 3818 publicaciones y se han analizado n=152 artículos por su adecuación a los criterios de selección establecidos. Los resultados muestran un predominio de las propuestas didácticas aplicadas en el aula (51,4%), seguido por experiencias educativas en el ámbito del profesorado en formación (36,8%) y un aporte menor de trabajos teóricos (11,8%). Conclusiones: El escaso número de investigaciones de carácter teórico y/o epistemológico es síntoma de una disciplina en proceso de consolidación. Los grupos de investigación de las universidades españolas optan por seguir investigando de forma empírica en las aulas, probablemente por un currículo, el de Educación Infantil, que al no concretar contenidos históricos, geográficos y/o artísticos como sucede en etapas posteriores, no permiten llevar a cabo debate teórico cómo sucede en la Educación Secundaria Obligatoria y el desarrollo del pensamiento histórico, o aprender a pensar históricamente, en el alumnado.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIntroduction: In this work, a bibliometric review is carried out on the scientific production in Spanish in the field of the didactics of Social Sciences in the educational stage of Early Childhood Education. For this, a systematic search and analysis has been carried out in the SJR and Dialnet search engines, resulting in a sample of n=72 education journals in Spain indexed in SJR and n=36 Latin American journals, in n=44 journals investigations have been found. in Didactics of Social Sciences in Early Childhood Education Method: Being a longitudinal and retrospective study, the quantitative method is adjusted. The analysis carried out has been based on the quantification of the publications published between 2017 and 2022. The bibliometric and content analysis methodology has been used to define indicators, keywords contained in the UNESCO Thesaurus and ERIC. Results: A total of 3818 publications have been located and n=152 articles have been analyzed for their adequacy to the established selection criteria. The results show a predominance of the didactic proposals applied in the classroom (51.4%), followed by educational experiences in the field of teachers in training (36.8%) and a smaller contribution of theoretical works (11.8%) . Conclusions: The low number of theoretical and/or epistemological investigations is a symptom of a discipline in the process of consolidation. The research groups of the Spanish universities choose to continue researching empirically in the classroom, probably through a curriculum, that of Early Childhood Education, which, by not specifying historical, geographical and/or artistic content, as happens in later stages, does not allow theoretical debate on how it happens in Compulsory Secondary Education and the development of historical thinking, or learning to think historically, in students.en
