dc.description.abstractJuan Cruz Alli Aranguren ha dedicado una buena parte de su investigación a la Historia del Derecho. Entre sus líneas de trabajo destacan las relativas a la construcción del Derecho Administrativo español, los paradigmas de la legalidad en el Derecho Administrativo francés, el régimen autonómico y el medio ambiente. Respecto al régimen de Navarra ha estudiado los convenios económicos con el Estado, el sistema institucional local, provincial y foral, el régimen forestal, el patrimonial y el medioambiental. Profesor titular de Derecho Administrativo hasta su jubilación en el año 2013. Posee, además, una dilatada trayectoria política e institucional, que le ha llevado a ser miembro del Parlamento de Navarra (1983-2011), presidente del Gobierno de Navarra (1991-1995) y vicepresidente y consejero de Hacienda (1995-1996).es_ES
dc.description.abstractJuan Cruz Alli Aranguren has devoted much of his research on the History of Law. Among his areas of research include those relating to the construction of the Spanish Administrative Law, the paradigms of legality in the French Administrative Law, the autonomous regime and the environment. Regarding the regime of Navarra has studied the economic agreements with Spain, local, provincial and foral institutional system, the forestry regime, and environmental heritage. Professor of Administrative Law until his retirement in 2013. He also has an extensive political and institutional history, which has led him to be a member of the Parliament of Navarre (1983-2011), President of the Government of Navarre (1991-1995) and Vice President and Minister of Finance (1995-1996).en
