| dc.description.abstract | La patología dual es la concurrencia de un trastorno mental y un trastorno adictivo. El paciente con patología dual se caracteriza por la escasa adherencia al tratamiento junto a un mayor número de recaídas e ingresos hospitalarios. Objetivo: analizar el abordaje de la enfermería en el paciente con patología dual. Metodología: revisión de la literatura existente mediante la búsqueda en diferentes bases de datos Pubmed, CINAHL y Dialnet, junto al uso de herramientas de búsqueda como Sirius y “técnica de bola de nieve”. Resultados: el abordaje del paciente dual las barreras encontradas se distribuyen en 3 niveles: relacionadas con el paciente, relacionadas con el profesional y relacionadas con la organización. Las estrategias utilizadas han sido el uso de la empatía y el enfoque humano. Las intervenciones más eficaces han sido las mixtas (conductuales y psicoeducativas). Conclusiones: el abordaje debe ser holístico e integrado. Se recomienda profundizar en estudios que evalúen la percepción y las intervenciones de los profesionales de enfermería en la atención integrada de la patología dual. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Dual diagnosis is the concurrence of a mental disorder and an addictive disorder. The patient with dual pathology is characterised by poor adherence to treatment together with a higher number of relapses and hospital admissions. Objective: to analyse the nursing approach to patients with dual pathology. Methodology: review of the existing literature by searching different databases such as Pubmed, CINAHL and Dialnet, together with the use of search tools such as Sirius and the ‘snowball technique’. Results: in the approach to the dual patient, the barriers found are distributed in 3 levels: related to the patient, related to the professional and related to the organisation. The strategies used were the use of empathy and the human approach. The most effective interventions were mixed (behavioural and psychoeducational). Conclusions: the approach must be holistic and integrated. Further studies are recommended to evaluate the perception and interventions of nursing professionals in the integrated care of dual pathology. | en |
