| dc.description.abstract | Introducción: Para un paciente con una enfermedad terminal el ingreso hospitalario lo convierte en un ser vulnerable. Como paciente se tiene derecho a recibir un cuidado individualizado, digno y de calidad. Es indispensable considerar a la persona de manera holística teniendo en cuenta las dimensiones físicas, emocionales, sociales y espirituales para dar un cuidado al final de la vida humanizado y alcanzar una muerte digna, tranquila y en paz. Objetivo: Realizar un estudio y revisión bibliográfica de la atención de enfermería a pacientes con enfermedades terminales para la mejora del profesional enfermero/a ante la humanización del cuidado. Metodología: Se llevó a cabo una revisión narrativa de la bibliografía en las bases de datos Dialnet, Pubmed, CINAHL y Sirius. Asimismo, se utilizaron páginas web y documentación en papel. Resultados: Se seleccionaron 21 resultados que respondían al objetivo de la búsqueda. La deshumanización se produce por factores relacionados con los pacientes, los profesionales sanitarios y la institución sanitaria. De forma que para humanizar la asistencia se requiere intervención en aspectos muy variados. Desde nuestra profesión se requiere una serie de competencias y valores para conseguir un cuidado humanizado de calidad. Conclusión: Enfermería es la responsable del cuidado durante la fase final de la vida y hacerlo de manera humanizada requiere ser competente en aspectos teóricoprácticos. Recibir un cuidado humanizado es un derecho de los seres humanos, y, en consecuencia, debería ser una prioridad de todos los profesionales de enfermería formarse en este campo. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Introduction: As a patient with a terminal disease be hospitalized is so worrying because they turn so vulnerable. Every patient has the right to receive an individuality, human and ethical care. Is essential to consider the person in a holistic way taking into account their physical, emotional, social and spiritual problems to give a humanized care at the end of life and achieve a dignified and peaceful death. Aim: Make a study and bibliographic review about the nursing care in patients with terminal diseases to the improvement of the humanized care. Method: A review of the literature is conducted in the following databases: Dialnet, Pubmed, CINAHL and Sirius. Furthermore, we used web pages and books. Results: 21 results are included in this review. The dehumanization is due to different reasons where are implicated patients, sanitary professionals and sanitary institution. So that, it is necessary an intervention in so many different areas. As nurses, we must be competent and have values to achieve a quality humanized care. Conclusion: Nursing is the responsible of the care at the end of life and doing it as most at humanized possible require to be competent in some facets theoretical and practice.
