dc.description.abstract	The objective of this project is to understand the measures taken by the European Central Bank (ECB) in order to solve the economic crisis that started in 2008. It studies the causes and its development; the transformation from a financial crisis to a debt crisis. Linked to the distinctive phases of the crisis there is an explanation of the policies carried out by the Eurosystem so that every reader, even those who have basic economic knowledge, can understand them. In conclusion, this project attempts to bring complex economic knowledge in an easily comprehensive way.	en
