| dc.description.abstract | La legislación urbanística establece determinaciones y estándares vinculantes para los instrumentos de planeamiento, con el fin de dotar de una densidad adecuada de población con la previsión de viviendas, equipamientos y servicios adecuados a las necesidades colectivas, así como de las necesarias para atender el principio constitucional del derecho a vivienda, haciéndola accesible por la protección pública. Constituyen límites a la discrecionalidad de la planificación. | es_ES |
