Topónimos alaveses de base antroponímica que tienen huri o villa como formante

| dc.description.abstract | En este artículo hacemos un estudio de los topónimos alaveses que presentan como formante huri o villa ‘propiedad’, ‘población’, y que tienen como base un nombre personal, en la mayoría de los casos de origen latino, si bien hay un par (Herramell(i), Obeko) de procedencia discutida. El nombre villa puede aparecer al principio del topónimo o al final del mismo; huri, en cambio, va siempre pospuesto. Por otro lado, villa acompaña en general a un nombre que en origen era genitivo, y solo en el caso de Villabezana va acompañado de un antropónimo más el sufijo -ana, hecho que nos da pie a pensar que también en otros casos como Baternia / Paterniana había un nombre villa que se elidió. Al analizar Okerruri nos ocupamos brevemente del orden nombre + adjetivo vs. adjetivo + nombre en los topónimos. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Artikulu honetan osagaitzat huri edo villa ‘bazterretxea’, ‘herri(xka)’ eta oinarritzat antroponimoa dituzten Arabako izenak aztertzen ditugu. Antroponimoa gehienetan latin jatorrikoa da, baina bada etorki hori hain garbi ez duen pare bat (Herramell(i), Obeko). Villa izena hasierako edo bukaerako lekunean azal daiteke; huri, aldiz, beti akabailan agertzen da. Bestalde, villa-k jatorriz genitiboa zen pertsona izen bati lagun egin ohi dio, eta bakarrik Villabezana-ren kasuan ageri da antroponimoarekin eta -ana atzizkiarekin. Honek bide ematen digu Baternia / Paterniana-ren erako beste toponimo batzuetan ere hastapenean villa bazela pentsatzeko, nahiz gero izen hori lekutu zatekeen. Okerruri aztertzen dugunean, bestalde, toponimoetan dugun izena + izenondoa vs. izenondoa + izena hurrenkeraz mintzo gara, laburki. | eu |
| dc.description.abstract | In this article we analyse those Alavese toponyms which present the constituent huri or villa ‘property’, ‘village’ and which are based on person names. Most often the anthroponym has a Latin origin, although there exist a couple of instances (Herramell(i), Obeko) whose origin is not so clear. The constituent villa can appear both in the beginning and the end of the toponym; huri, on the other hand, is only attested in final position. Moreover, villa usually appears together with a personal name that was originally genitive, and only in the case of Villabezana does it appear together with an anthroponym and the suffix -ana. This leads us to think that other toponyms like Baternia / Paterniana initially contained a constituent villa that would have been elided at some point. When analysing Okerruri we moreover briefly deal with the word order (noun + adjective vs. adjective + noun) in toponyms. | en |
