| dc.description.abstract | La motivación intrínseca (MI) es un factor determinante en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, pero supone un problema en Educación Secundaria y en Educación Física (EF) por su bajo nivel. La evidencia acerca de la existencia de diferencias de MI entre chicos y chicas en la EF muestra diferentes conclusiones. Por ello, el objetivo del presente Trabajo de Fin de Máster es realizar una revisión sistemática sobre las diferencias de MI en función del género en el área de EF en Educación Secundaria (12-19 años). La búsqueda se llevó a cabo en Google Académico. Tras el proceso de selección, 7 artículos cumplían los criterios de elegibilidad y fueron incluidos. Los resultados muestran diferencias significativas en el nivel de MI entre chicas y chicos, con mayores índices de MI en los chicos por lo general. Esta realidad sugiere introducir contenidos más novedosos, una mayor gradualidad en el aprendizaje teniendo en cuenta el nivel de competencia y autonomía del alumnado, y una motivación orientada más hacia el aprendizaje y la tarea, que al rendimiento y al ego. El sistema educativo y el profesorado son responsables de aumentar la MI del alumnado e igualar los niveles de MI entre géneros. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Intrinsic motivation (IM) is a determining factor in the teaching and learning process, but it is a problem in secondary school and physical education (PE) because of its low level. The evidence on the existence of differences in IM between boys and girls in PE shows different conclusions. Therefore, the aim of this Master's thesis is to carry out a systematic review of gender differences in MI in the area of PE in secondary school (12-19 years old). The search was carried out in Google Scholar. After the selection process 7 articles met the eligibility criteria and were included. The results show significant differences in the level of MI between girls and boys, with higher rates of MI in boys in general. This reality suggests introducing more novel content, more gradual learning taking into account the level of competence and autonomy of the students, and a motivation oriented more towards learning and task, rather than performance and ego. The education system and teachers are responsible for increasing students' IM and equalising levels of IM between genders. | en |
