| dc.description.abstract | El trabajo que se presenta a continuación se enmarca dentro de la modalidad de plan de empresa, cuya idea de negocio consiste en la innovación del diseño de unos camisones reutilizables para pacientes hospitalizados que aporten una mayor comodidad, intimidad y favorezcan su autonomía. La importancia de una atención individualizada ateniendo al bienestar del paciente es cada vez más reconocida en la práctica de la atención médica. Sin embargo, en ocasiones la rutina de los cuidados diarios, nos lleva a olvidar la dignidad e intimidad del paciente, haciéndoles sentir pudor y vergüenza en las exploraciones. De hecho, hay estudios que aseguran que la ropa hospitalaria tradicional tiene un impacto negativo que afecta al estado de ánimo de los pacientes y ralentiza su recuperación. Hoy en día se comercializan varios modelos de camisones a nivel nacional e internacional, pero al cubrir necesidades personalizadas e ir dirigidas a un segmento de clientes reducido, no han tenido una expansión universal en el mercado de los hospitales. Para implantar mi nuevo producto, deberé satisfacer las necesidades de mis clientes a un coste mínimo sin que afecte a la calidad. Para ello, me aliaré con otra empresa que actualmente ya fabrique y comercialice los camisones tradicionales para facilitar la introducción de este producto en el mercado y no tenga que construir mi propia fábrica textil, ya que esto supondría una gran inversión. Por último, comenzaré comercializando el producto a nivel nacional en los hospitales pertenecientes al Sistema Nacional de Salud y conforme aumenten las ventas, extenderé mi producto junto con otros proveedores internacionales en diferentes países. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The following work is part of the business plan modality, whose business idea consists of the innovation of the design of reusable patient gowns for hospitalised patients that provide greater comfort, intimacy and favour their autonomy. The importance of individualised care with the patient's well-being in mind is increasingly recognised in healthcare practice. However, the routine of daily care sometimes leads us to forget the patient's dignity and privacy, making them feel embarrassed and ashamed during examinations. In fact, studies have shown that traditional hospital clothing has a negative impact on patients' mood and slows down their recovery. Nowadays, several models of patient gowns are marketed nationally and internationally, but because they cover personalised needs and are aimed at a small section of customers, they have not had a universal expansion in the hospital market. To introduce my new product, I will have to meet the needs of my customers at a minimum cost without affecting the quality. For this purpose, I will team up with another company that already manufactures and markets traditional gowns to facilitate the introduction of this product in the market and not have to build my own textile factory, as this would require a large investment. Finally, I will start marketing the product nationally in hospitals owned by the National Health System and as sales increase, I will expand my product together with other international suppliers in different countries. | en |
