| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo reflexiona sobre el impacto del COVID-19 en el ejercicio del derecho fundamental de libertad religiosa en España, y los problemas jurídicos que ello ha planteado, que han sido objeto de un detenido estudio a nivel doctrinal, y recopila la principal bibliografía recaída al respecto. Con el fin de acotar esta tarea, nos hemos centrado exclusivamente al hacer dicha compilación, en aquellos estudios doctrinales que abordan directamente el estudio de las repercusiones del COVID-19 en el ejercicio del derecho de libertad religiosa en España (pues hacer un estudio de todos los países sería inabarcable), o que han sido publicados en España, aunque traten otro modelos de Derecho Comparado, pues dada la calidad de las publicaciones colectivas habidas al respecto en nuestro país, constituyen un útil instrumento de trabajo para todos los académicos interesados en dicha materia. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This work is a reflection about the impact of COVID-19 on the exercise of the fundamental right of religious freedom in Spain, and the legal problems that this has raised. This topic has been carefully studied at doctrinal level. The paper compiles the main bibliography on this subject. In order to limit this task of compilation, we have focused exclusively on those doctrinal studies that directly address the study of the effects of COVID-19 on the exercise of the fundamental right of religious freedom in Spain (a possible hypothetical study focused in all the countries of the world would be boundless), or that have been published in Spain, even if they deal with other models of Comparative Law, because considering the quality of the collective publications on the matter in our country, they constitute a useful working tool for all academics interested on this subject. | en |
