| dc.description.abstract | La Convención de las Naciones Unidas sobre los Efectos Internacionales de las Ventas Judiciales de Buques (Convención de Beijing sobre venta judicial de buques) aprobada por la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas el 7 de diciembre de 2022, tiene como objetivo principal establecer un régimen internacional uniforme a las ventas judiciales de buques, respetando la legislación nacional aplicable al procedimiento de venta judicial, garantizando un título de propiedad limpio, exento de cargas mortgages, derechos, privilegios y reclamaciones a los compradores de buques, incluso a los efectos de la inscripción registral. Se prevé que la adopción del Convenio promoverá la armonización y unificación internacional de la legislación en materia de venta judicial de buques; minimizando los conflictos legales, ofreciendo protección jurídica a los propietarios y compradores de buques, así como a los acreedores, y, en definitiva, contribuirá a una mayor seguridad económica en el ámbito del transporte marítimo y comercio internacional. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The United Nations Convention on the International Effects of Judicial Sales of Ships (Beijing Convention on Judicial Sale of Ships) adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on December 7, 2022, has as its main objective to establish an international regime uniform to judicial sales of ships, respecting the national legislation applicable to the judicial sale procedure, guaranteeing a clean title of ownership, free of charges, rights and claims to ship buyers, including for the purposes of registration. It is anticipated that the adoption of the Convention will promote the international harmonization and unification of legislation on the judicial sale of ships; minimizing legal conflicts, offering legal protection to ship owners and buyers, as well as creditors, and, ultimately, will contribute to greater economic security in the field of international maritime transport and trade. | en |
