| dc.description.abstract | Los cuidadores de personas en situación de discapacidad en Chile son un grupo históricamente postergado ya que hasta la actualidad no se ha presentado por parte del estado una política pública consistente para poder monitorizar su estado de salud y así anticiparse para prevenir posibles alteraciones de salud, y aunque si bien es cierto que a nivel de atención primaria si se efectúan escasas acciones sobre este grupo de personas, cuando se ejecutan se hace mediante los programas de atención domiciliaria que centran su intervención en los pacientes con dependencia. Mediante la utilización de diversas estrategias desde lo individual hasta lo comunitario este proyecto pretende acompañar y apoyar en el camino de los cuidados a este grupo de personas que desinteresadamente se ha responsabilizado de los requerimientos básicos de quienes han perdido su autovalencia, para ello se trabajará en tres dimensiones, la primera será de apoyos individuales, donde se monitorizará periódicamente el estado de salud de los participantes, para poder prevenir o tratar tempranamente en caso de alguna alteración, la segunda línea de intervención es la comunitaria, donde se pretende favorecer vínculos con otros participantes y poder generar y fortalecer una red de apoyo entre quienes conforman el proyecto y por último el tercer pilar será el apoyo a los cuidados, donde se brindará información para el manejo físico y psicológico de los cuidados y además se facilitaran cuidadores de relevo para poder aportar con mayor autonomía a este grupo de personas. | es_ES |
