Is it better to learn vocabulary through Learning Stations or traditionally?

Las metodologías tradicionales están siendo cada vez más cuestionadas en Educación Primaria. Tanto las universidades que forman a futuros maestros como los propios centros educativos están trabajando para implementar nuevos métodos. Una característica predominante en estos métodos es que se busca que el rol del alumnado sea totalmente activo y que sean los principales protagonistas en su propio proceso de aprendizaje. Entre todas las metodologías existentes, hay una en particular que cumple con estas características y se ajusta perfectamente a las tendencias actuales del aprendizaje experiencial en este cambio de paradigma educativo. La metodología a la que me refiero es la de las Estaciones de Aprendizaje, la cual está siendo implementada en numerosos centros recientemente y será el enfoque principal de investigación en mi Trabajo de Fin de Grado. El objetivo de este trabajo es recopilar todo el marco teórico que rodea a esta metodología, desde sus orígenes hasta sus pilares y procedimientos de aplicación. Una vez obtenida esta información, se buscará verificar si existen diferencias en su aplicación en comparación con el método tradicional en estudiantes del primer ciclo de Educación Primaria. Para ello, se llevarán a cabo pruebas en niños y niñas de cuatro clases diferentes.

Traditional methodologies in Primary Education are increasingly being questioned. Both universities that train future teachers and educational institutions themselves are working to implement new methods. A predominant characteristic of these methods is that they aim to make students' role completely active and be the main protagonists in their own learning process. Among all the existing methodologies, there is one in particular that meets these characteristics and fits perfectly with the current trends of experiential learning in this educational paradigm shift. The methodology I am referring to is Learning Stations, which is being recently implemented in numerous schools and will be the main focus of research in my Final Degree Project. The objective of this project is to compile the entire theoretical framework that surrounds this methodology, from its origins to its pillars and application procedures. Once this information is obtained, we will seek to verify if there are differences in its application compared to the traditional method in students of the first cycle of Primary Education. To achieve this, tests will be conducted on boys and girls from four different classes.
