Valuation guideline for the Suggestion System of Volkswagen Navarra S.A.

The objective of this project is to understand the Suggestion System of Volkswagen Navarra, one of the most important tools of the Continuous Improvement strategy. It analyzes the benefits of the system for the plant; cost savings, production and efficiency improvements, and for the employees; optimization of the working place and individual recognition. On the other hand, it explains the problems of the system and how the Suggestion Workshop eliminates most of them. The evaluation guideline emerges from this Workshop, as a way to evaluate the suggestions objectively and orienting them to the critical points of the plant and the improvements that generate value added. In conclusion, the Suggestion System keeps alive the employee-company relationship, creating a win-win situation that benefits both of them.
