| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto se ha desarrollado en la empresa Tecnoconfort S.A. y su título es el siguiente: “White Plant: Rediseño y redistribución del Lay Out de la planta para flujos idóneos”. El objetivo es analizar todos los flujos de materiales, vehículos y personas actuales en la logística interna de la planta, así como las áreas destinadas al almacenaje y a la realización de tareas. Con este análisis se busca detectar ineficiencias presentes, ya sean superficies mal aprovechadas, flujos muy largos que puedan optimizarse, flujos cruzados que entrañen riesgos, o realización de tareas y manipulaciones que no aportan valor añadido al producto. Una vez realizado el estudio, se realiza una redistribución del Lay Out partiendo de la planta en blanco tratando de rediseñar los flujos y de adaptar la planta en determinados aspectos con el objetivo de reducir y eliminar dichas ineficiencias. | dc.description.abstract | The present project has been developed in the company Tecnoconfort S.A. and its title is as follows: "White Plant: Redesign and redistribution of the Lay Out of the plant for suitable flows". The objective is to analyse all the flows of materials, vehicles and current people in the internal logistics of the plant, as well as the areas destined for storage and the performance of tasks. This analysis seeks to detect present inefficiencies, whether they are badly used surfaces, very long flows that can be optimised, crossed flows that involve risks, or the performance of tasks and manipulations that do not add value to the product. Once the study has been carried out, the Lay Out is redistributed from the blank plant trying to redesign the flows and adapt the plant in certain aspects with the aim of reducing and eliminating these inefficiencies. With each of the suggested improvements, the profit obtained and the impact it would have on the plant are evaluated. | es_ES |
