Análisis de los procesos de control de calidad en FRENKIT, S.L.

Abstract

El siguiente trabajo fin de máster pretende ser un ejemplo de emprendimiento triunfador, explicando todas las etapas y aspectos más importantes así como los problemas que surgieron en la puesta en marcha de la compañía Vega Mayor, hasta el momento de su venta al grupo francés Florette. Esta información ha sido recopilada por dos estudiantes del Doble Máster en Ingeniería Industrial y Dirección de Empresas de la UPNA, Lucas Fermín Monreal Ciáurriz y Mario López Langas a través de una serie de charlas con el fundador e impulsor del proyecto de Vega Mayor, José Javier Muguerza, JJM a lo largo del trabajo.

The following master’s thesis pretends to be an example of entrepreneurship that has succeed, explaining the most important stages as well as the problems thar arose in the beginning of the Vega Mayor company project, up to its sale to the French group Florette. This information has been gathered by two students of the Double Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration by the UPNA, Lucas Fermín Monreal Ciáurriz and Mario López Langas thorough a series of talks with the founder of the Vega Mayor project, José Javier Muguerza, JJM throughout the thesis.
