Familia eta haur eskolaren arteko harremanak: Komunikazioa hizpide

Abstract

En este trabajo se realiza una revisión sobre la relación entre familia y escuela. Para que la comunicación sea adecuada pueden observarse diferentes estrategias. A menudo muchas familias dejan la educación de sus hijas e hijos en manos de la escuela, sin darse cuenta de la importancia que ellos tienen. Por ello, es imprescindible que esa comunicación sea clara, transparente y coordinada. Además, en ocasiones las familias y el profesorado procuran que las niñas y niños sean autónomos pero la forma de hacerlo no es la misma. Por ello, hay que dedicarle una especial atención a la autonomía. En este trabajo también se habla de la coeducación, en la realidad, muchas familias y equipos educativos no tratan el tema con la importancia que este merece. Por ello, en el trabajo que se expone a continuación, se trabajan la relación entre familia y escuela, autonomía y la coeducación

Lan honetan familia eta eskolaren arteko harremanen inguruko behaketa bat egiten da. Honekin batera, hauen arteko komunikazioa egokia izan dadin erabilgarri suerta daitezken estrategiak beha daitezke. Maiz familia askok beren haurren hezkuntza eskolaren esku uzten dute, kontutan izan gabe gurasoek duten garrantzia erabatekoa dela. Gauzak horrela, guraso zein eskolaren arteko komunikazio argia, gardena eta koordinatua beharrezkotzat jotzen da. Bestalde, familia eta eskolaren arteko erlazioari lotuta, maiz gurasoek eta irakasleek haurrak autonomoak izatea bilatzen dute, baina hori lortzeko modua ez da berdina. This paper is a survey of the relationship between the school and families. In addition, it shall look into strategies that may be useful in order to achieve the desired communication. It is often the case that families leave the education of their children entirely up to the school, without bearing in mind that the role of parents in education is of utmost importance. Therefore, a clear, accountable and coordinated communication process between parents and school is a necessity. Besides, the usual aim for both parents and schools is that children develop their autonomy, but they often do this in different ways. Co-education has become a ubiquitous concept these days. However, in reality, parents and education teams often do not work on this issue as it requires. Therefore, the relationship between families and the school, children’s autonomy and co-education shall be addressed in the following pages
