La poesía en educación secundaria a través de talleres de escritura creativa colaborativa

Abstract

Esta investigación, de tipo cualitativo, busca observar los efectos que un taller de escritura tiene tanto en la concepción poética del alumnado de Secundaria como en su proceso creativo. El trabajo se basa en el concepto de educación literaria, en la pertinencia de la poesía tanto en el aula como en el currículum, en concepciones variadas de la poesía que se pueden llevar al aula y en la escritura colaborativa como herramienta para acceder a las interacciones del alumnado y favorecer la creatividad. El estudio pretende, en primer lugar, observar cuál es la concepción que tiene el alumnado respecto a la poesía e identificar los problemas que encuentran a la hora de escribirla. También se identificarán aspectos emocionales subyacentes en el proceso de escritura. En segundo lugar, se busca intervenir en esas concepciones y en el proceso creativo del alumnado, determinando qué aspectos concretos se modifican tras la introducción de una propuesta didáctica. Para ello, se analizarán los textos producidos y las interacciones orales que se generan durante la escritura colaborativa de poemas en soporte digital (Google docs) antes (pre-test) y después (post-test) del taller. Como criterios para el análisis, se tendrán en cuenta la dependencia o no de la comprensión literal, narrativa y analítica del poema; la centralidad o no de la rima y otros aspectos formales; y la temática presente en los poemas, incluyendo la posible conexión con la vida del alumnado.

This qualitative research seeks to observe the effects of a writing workshop both on the poetic conception of Secondary School students and on their creative process. The work is based on ideas related to literary education, on the relevance of poetry both within the classroom and through the curriculum, on varied conceptions of poetry applicable to teaching, and on collaborative writing as a means to access student interaction and promote creativity. First of all, the study aims to observe the students' conception on poetry and to identify the problems they face in the process of writing it. Emotional aspects underlying the writing process will also be identified. Secondly, this study aims at intervening in such conceptions and in the students' creative process, determining the specific aspects that are modified after a teaching intervention is applied. To this effect, the texts written by the students and their oral interactions will be analysed. Both types of data will be generated through the process of collaborative writing carried out digitally (in Google docs) before (pre-test) and after (post-test) the writing workshop. The following aspects have been set as criteria to be considered throughout the analysis: whether there is a dependency on the literal, narrative and analytical understanding of the poem or not; whether rhyme and other formal aspects are central or not for the students; and the poetic themes chosen, including a possible connection with the students' lives and experiences.
