Familia aniztasuna jendeartean eta eskolan

Abstract

Las familias y la escuela son agentes socializadores muy importantes y tal y como no hay un único tipo de escuela, tampoco hay un único tipo de familia; la palabra que mejor define la familia es la diversidad. Cada familia es diferente (tanto en tipo de familia como en la situación que vive). El siguiente trabajo trata los siguientes temas y aspectos: la evolución que ha vivido y vive la familia, la diversidad familiar del alumnado de primaria, el trato que se le da a esto (el trabajo sobre este tema en la escuela y en la familia) y la repercusión de todo esto sobre el alumnado. Para completar el trabajo se han utilizado las definiciones y características que han propuesto diferentes autores sobre la familia y las reflexiones que han hecho sobre la relación de escuela-familia. Una vez trabajado todo esto y después de investigar sobre el caso de una escuela en concreto, al final de este trabajo se hacen propuestas para el trabajo de la diversidad familiar dirigido a las escuelas y a las familias. Todo esto teniendo en mente la escuela inclusiva.

Familiak eta eskola sozializazio agente garrantztisuak dira eta eskola eredu bakarra ez dagoen bezala, ez dago familia eredu bakarra; familia hoberen definitzen duen hitza aniztasuna da. Familia bakoitza eredu eta egoera ezberdina dauka. Hurrengo lanak familiak jasan duen bilakaera, Lehen Hezkuntzako ikasleen familia aniztasuna, honi ematen zaion tratua (gai honen lanketa eskolan eta etxean) eta honen eragina ikasleengan aztertzen da. Hau osatzeko zenbait autorek emandako familiaren definizio eta ezaugarriak erabili dira baita eskolarekin familiek daukaten harremana eta partaidetzaren inguruan emandako iritzi arrazoituak. Behin hau landu eta kasu zehatz bat ikertu eta gero, lan honen amaieran familia aniztasunaren lanketarako aipamenak eta proposamenak egiten dira gehien bat eskola eta familiei bideratuk. Hau guztia eskola inklusibo batera begira.

Family and school are very important socializing agents and as there is not a unique kind of school, there is not a unique type of family; the word that best describes the family is diversity. Each family is different from each other (as much to the kind of family as to the situation it is living). The present work deals with the following topics and aspects: the evolution of the family, the familiar diversity of the students in primary school, how these different situations are dealt (in school and within the family) and the effects this has on the students. In order to complete this work, definitions and characteristics of the family by various authors and reflections about the relationship between school and family have been used. Once I worked this and after investigating a case of a concrete school, at the end of this work there are some suggestions about how to work with familiar diversity addressed to schools and families. When working the diversity, we must keep in mind the inclusive school.
