La fábula como medio para la enseñanza de valores cívicos en 5º de EP. Una propuesta de intervención docente.

En este trabajo se pretende unir la problemática de la dificultad de la educación en valores del alumnado de Educación Primaria con la fábula como herramienta útil para solventar dicho problema. La lectura es una forma magnífica de aprender como alumno/a y de enseñar como docente. La fábula tiene las características necesarias para enganchar al joven lector, y así aprender y divertirse. Su brevedad no agota. Sus personajes son cercanos. Sus temas hacen referencia a problemas diarios universales. El broche final en forma de moraleja resume y descifra la intención del cuento. Paralelamente al objetivo anterior, se trabajará la lectoescritura a través de algunas metodologías activas de aprendizaje.

In this work, the intention is to connect the issue of the difficulty of values education for Primary Education students with the fable as a useful tool to address this problem. Reading is a magnificent way to learn as a student and to teach as an educator. The fable has the necessary characteristics to engage young readers, allowing them to learn and have fun. Its brevity doesn’t tire. Its characters are relatable. Its themes refer to universal daily problems. The final touch in the form of a moral summarizes and deciphers the story’s intent. In parallel with the previous objective, we will work on reading and writing through some active learning methodologies.
