Abstract
Los efectos adversos del cambio climático sobre la salud han sido reconocidospor la política y la legislación climática. La Ley de Cambio Climático y Transición Energética ha incluido entre susprincipios rectores el dela protección y la promoción de la salud. Además, ha establecido algunas medidas específicas de protección de la salud frente al cambio climático y ha ordenado su inclusión entre las políticas de adaptación al cambio climático.
The health effects of climate change have been recognized by climate policy and legislation.The Climate Change and Energy Transition Acthas as included among its guiding principles the promotion and the protection of the health.In addition, it has established some specific measures to protect health against climate change and has ordered their inclusion among policies for adaptation to climate change
