El dominio concellar

El dominio concellar es el correspondiente a la comunidad de los valles de Roncal y Salazar, cuya titularidad y disposición corresponde a las entidades y los aprovechamientos a sus vecinos. Está integrado por el patrimonio forestal, las propiedades, aprovechamientos y derechos reconocidos a aquéllas, cuya finalidad es atender las necesidades y conveniencias directas o indirectas del valle como comunidad y de los vecinos integrantes de la misma. Su régimen se establece por sus ordenanzas y reglas de su derecho consuetudinario.

Jabetza kontzeilarraren figura Erronkari eta Zaraitzuko ¡barrean ematen da. Lur hauen gaineko titulartasun eta xedagarritasuna entitateena izaten da, eta aprobetxamendua, berriz, auzotarren esku egoten da. Ordenantzek eta ohiturazko Zuzenbideko arauek erregulatzen duten figura honen helburua, ibarreko auzotarren beharrei erantzutea da.

The concellar dominion is that vvhich corresponds to the community of the valleys of Roncal and Salazar, the title deeds and disposal of which correspond to the entities, and the use thereof to the inhabitants. It is integrated by the forestry patrimony, properties, uses and rights recognised thereto, the purpose of which is to tend to the needs and direct or indirect conveniences of the valley as a community and of the inhabitants that compose it. Its regime is established by its ordinances and by rules from consuetudinary law.
