| dc.description.abstract | La experiencia docente universitaria en los Grados en Maestro demuestra que existen obstáculos didácticos para la enseñanza y aprendizaje de las competencias asociadas a las funciones y prácticas docentes requeridas en la escuela. El objetivo es describir una propuesta didáctica diseñada ex profeso que permite superar estos obstáculos. Se demuestra que las metodologías activas que conceden mayor autonomía en el estudio y que fomentan la indagación son más propicias para el desarrollo de estos aprendizajes. El marco teórico se fundamenta en tres teorías educativas: Teoría de las situaciones didácticas; Teoría del aprendizaje por descubrimiento y Teoría del liderazgo educativo. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The university teaching experience in bachelor’s teacher degrees shows that there are educational obstacles for teaching and learning of competencies associated with the teaching functions and practices required at school. the objective is to describe a didactic proposal designed expressly that allows to overcome these obstacles. it is shown that the active methodologies that grant greater autonomy in the study and that encourage inquiry, are the most pertinent to the development of this learning. the theoretical framework is based on three educational theories: theory of didactic situations; discovery learning theory and educational leadership theory. | en |
