Abstract
The topic of the present bachelor’s thesis results from the request of the Operations Manager of the company Truck & Wheel Automotive Germany GmbH, where I have carried out my curricular internship during the spring semester of the 2021/2022 course. The aim of the project is to reduce the rejections in a line of production of the automotive sector by monitoring and analyzing these rejections over the span of four months and implementing several corrective actions to improve the process and minimize the company’s costs.
