La justicia de menores en Navarra: seis años de actividad (2005-2010)

En este estudio empírico se abordan algunos aspectos del funcionamiento de la Justicia de Menores en Navarra durante el periodo 2005-2010. Nos detenemos en el análisis de las características personales de los menores infractores, en el tipo de delitos que cometen y llegan a los tribunales, en las nuevas vías de desjudicialización empleadas por el Ministerio Fiscal y, finalmente, en el tipo de medidas educativo-sancionadoras aplicadas durante los seis años tratados.

This empirical study addresses some aspects of the workings of the juvenile Justice system in Navarra during the period 2005-2010. We focus on the analysis of the personal characteristics of juvenile offenders, the type of crimes they commit which lead to going to court, in the new way of diversion used by the prosecution and, finally, in the type of educational and punitive measures applied during those six years.
